All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our beauty products and for sanitary purposes, J. Nachelle Beauty does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly provide a replacement.

Please note:
• Photos of damaged item(s) must be taken and submitted the same day the package is received.
• Claims submitted after the day of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Delivery Time:
Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery updates.

Product Disclaimer

As with all personal beauty products, we recommend conducting a patch test prior to full use if you are unsure how your skin may react.

To perform a patch test:
Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear and wait to check for any reaction.

All products are cruelty-free and formulated with quality in mind. However, if you have sensitive skin, we strongly recommend testing before use.
