Due to the nature of our beauty products and for sanitary purposes, J Nachelle Beauty does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly provide a replacement.

Damaged Item Claims:
• Photos of damaged item(s) must be taken and submitted the same day the package is received.
• Claims submitted after the day of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
